Bagno Sasso is a winner of the Red Dot Design Award 2007. They were nominated for the 2008 award as well. For reference, the Red Dot Design Award is one of the largest of its kind, with over 7,000 designers from over 60 countries. In 2014 they won the SBID International Design Excellence Award, for the most environmentally friendly tap.
Rolf Senti, a former bicycle pro and World Championship participant, formed the company in Switzerland in 1995. Their main specialty is bathtubs, but not your normal bathtubs by a long shot. They choose to use wood and concrete, two materials that seem very unlikely for a bathtub. But we think they look amazing, that's why we share them with you here.
